About the Owner

The Olive Odysseys was founded by Manolis and Patricia Hajifotiou, a professional traveling duo who live on the island of Evia, Greece. Their off-the-grid stone house produces its own electricity from wind and solar energy. They have been offering tours all over southern Europe including Spain, Portugal, France, Croatia, Italy, and Greece for over 20 years.

Both love being hosts and showing off the hidden secrets of their favorite places. Even though they know all about the Acropolis, are fluent in Greek and can order dinner for 14 in many other languages, they say they are the fortunate ones, because of the interesting people attracted to their tours.
